Logger Pro combines GPS data and water quality sensor data

Connect a compatible global positioning system (GPS) unit such as the Garmin eTrex Vista HCx or Garmin eTrex Venture to your computer (Windows only), and use Logger Pro to collect latitude, longitude, and elevation data. You can also take the GPS out into the field without a computer. Save your locations as waypoints, tracks, or routes and then import them into Logger Pro at a later time.

Logger Pro can also export your GPS data to a Google™ map! Get an aerial view with satellite images of your GPS points.

Garmin eTrex Vista Cx

The Garmin eTrex Vista HCx is a powerful, feature-packed mapping GPS unit. It communicates with Logger Pro using the included USB cable (Logger Pro version 3.4.6 or newer, Windows only). The eTrex Vista Cx is loaded with popular features, including a barometric altimeter, electronic compass, sunlight-readable color screen and advanced GPS routing capabilities—all in a waterproof design. In addition, it comes with a blank 64 MB microSD card for storage of optional map detail.

The Garmin eTrex Vista HCx includes eTrex Vista HCx, PC USB cable, 64 MB microSD card, lanyard, bike clip, owner's manual, and quick-reference guide.
