Our new Melt Station connects to LabQuest, LabQuest Mini, Go!Link, orLabPro. It is used to measure the melting temperature of solid substances.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- Primary Test:
Make sure you are using a current version of the software.
Software Requirements:
Logger Pro: 3.8.4 or newer
Logger Lite: 1.6 or newer
LabQuest App 1.5 or newer
EasyData 2.0 or newer

- Secondary Test:
Connect the sensor cable to a data collection interface or a LabQuest. Plug in the power supply to a wall outlet. Turn the control knob to a low heat setting and check to see if the red LED comes on.
