Deine NXT Erfahrungen werden mit dem neuen NXT Kompass-Sensor erweitert und er ermöglicht eine genaue Navigation deines Mindstorms® NXT Projektes. Der NXT Kompass-Sensor ist ein digitaler Kompass, der das magnetische Erdfeld misst und einen Wert ausgibt, der die gegenwärtige Orientierung darstellt. Die magnetische Orientierung wird zum nächsten 1° errechnet und als Zahl von 0 bis 359 zurück gegeben.

This digital compass measures the Earth's magnetic field in order to provide accurate navigation to your NXT projects. Use the sensor in Read mode to calculate the current position or use it in Calibrate mode to compensate for externally generated magnetic field anomalies (like you find near motors or batteries). HiTechnic Compass Sensor Block for Mindstorms NXT Software
The NXT Compass Sensor contains a digital magnetic compass that measures the earth’s magnetic field and calculates a heading angle. The Compass Sensor connects to an NXT sensor port using a standard NXT wire and uses the digital I2C communications protocol. The current heading is calculated to the nearest 1° and refreshed 100 times per second.
The Compass Sensor is housed in a standard Mindstorms sensor housing to match the other Mindstorms elements.
