The L12, is an axial design which utilizes a powerful PMDC motor and a rectangular cross section for increased strength. But by far the most attractive feature of this actuator is the broad spectrum of configurations available:

4 Stroke lengths of 10mm, 30mm, 50mm or 100mm
3 Force/Speed combinations with 50:1, 100:1 or 210:1 gear ratio.
Interface options include RC Servo, Industrial servo (4-20mA or 0-5V control)), raw potentiometer position feedback, end of stroke limit switches.
6V or 12V operation
