Unlike many other electricity and electronics teaching products, the circuits built by students show the circuit diagram, just as students see in textbooks. This is a great aid to understanding.
Locktronics can be supplied in ready-made teaching kits to teach specific subject areas, or by selecting from a huge range of individual components. The individual components allow tutors to create their own teaching resources, either from scratch or by adding to existing kits. We also offer a comprehensive selection of baseboards, ancillaries and instrumentation to complement each teaching kit. In addition, blank carriers are available to which you can add your own components, making the range of experiments possible almost limitless.
Locktronics teaching equipment covers a variety of teaching levels, from Key Stage 1 to A2 in the UK. Elsewhere it is used in primary education right through to secondary and vocational studies.
