The "Roberta series" documents the Roberta concept which has been developed by Fraunhofer AIS and partners und sponsored by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research. The series presents teaching and learning material for robot courses that are interesting for girls and conducted by trained Roberta course directors. The course directors are supported by the network of regional Roberta centers throughout Germany.
Volume 3 completes the programming possibilities (with RIS and NQC) presented in chapter 8 of volume 1 with Java and C. In particular, the installation of the respective programming environment and its handling is explained and special features are described.
