This book is written to be used along with LEGO Kits Motorized Simple Machines Set and Nonmotorized Simple Machines Set. The activities give students the opportunity to explore areas of mechanical engineering through simple machines and structural engineering as they look at the special properties of certain shapes that make them useful in construction.
